                                              Nadapuram Grama Panchayat Quality Policy

"Nadapuram Grama Panchayat, with a focus on its holistic development and in conjunction with the Panchayat Governing Body, shall sincerely strive to deliver welfare, health, education, and development schemes to the people in a timely manner, in accordance with Government directives and the Citizens' Charter. We shall achieve this goal through continuous improvement of our activities and with the cooperation of our staff."

                                            Nadapuram Grama Panchayat Quality Objectives

  1. Ensure that the services specified in the Citizens' Charter are delivered to the public within the time limit set by the Panchayat.
  2. Complete all development projects approved by the Governing Body before the end of the financial year.
  3. Ensure that all eligible recipients receive the various welfare pensions.
  4. Collect 100% of the taxes due to the Panchayat as per the budget for the financial year before the end of the financial year.
